RETURN POLICY:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
• Shipping and handling fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
• If the item you are exchanging for is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Reach us at contact@soccerzoneusa.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
2. Once we have approved your request, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to complete the return or exchange process.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Ship the item to the address provided to you in the return or exchange instructions.

REFUNDS:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
